WHAT: "Shop Talk" with MBAA District NY - an open forum to discuss real world brewery approaches to pertinent beer brewing topics. This month: BREWING WITH FRUIT. Please join us for an open discussion of processes and approaches to brewing with fruit featuring a panel of experienced peers. We’ll talk everything from using purées to carbonic maceration of whole fruits and more.

COST: FREE for all MBAA Members in good standing $15 for non-members FREE for first time prospective members
